Natural Gas Line filters are used to clean particles larger than 5 microns that may be included in the system at certain periods along natural gas zone stations, natural gas distribution stations, pressure reducing stations and natural gas lines. Natural Gas Line filters play a major role in preventing damage to the system.
Natural Gas Line filters are called G series filters.
Apart from the products it produces for RMS A, RMS B, RMS C type stations, MC Filter can produce customized products.
What is RMS Station?
In order for natural gas to be used in industrial and residential use, it must be stored, measured and reduced to the appropriate pressure. In order to carry out these operations, Regulation and Measurement Stations (RMS) where the processed natural gas is organized and stored have been established.
RMS Type A Stations
RMS A type pressure reducing and measuring stations are the stations that reduce the high pressure class (35-70 bar) gas in the main steel line to 19 bar. Such stations distribute natural gas to higher consumption facilities such as the city grid.
RMS Type B Stations
RMS B type pressure reducing and measuring stations are stations that reduce the gas inlet pressure below 25 Bar to 4 bar pressure. It has an average capacity of 60,000 m³/h. It is usually installed at the gas delivery point of the facility in order to obtain the different pressure values required by the natural gas installation in industrial uses.
RMS Type C Stations
RMS C type pressure reducing and measuring stations are low pressure stations that reduce the inlet pressure of less than 4 Bar to 1 bar-21 mbar. It has an average capacity of 5,000 m³/h.
